Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This agreement is made between MEY Seyahat Turizm Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the customer who registers for our tours (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").
2. Description of Services
The Company provides tourism services to the Customer within the scope of designated tour programs.
3. Payment and Refund Conditions
3.1. Payment Methods and Security:
- The Customer may make payments via credit card, visa/master card, bank transfer/EFT, or other payment methods determined by the Company.
- Online payment transactions are protected by security protocols such as 3D Secure and SSL certificates.
- The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of payment information, and legal action may be taken in cases of fraud.
3.2. Balloon Tours: Payments made for balloon tours are final, and no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation by the Customer. However, if the tour is canceled by the Company due to weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.
3.3. Other Tours: For tours other than balloon tours, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made at least 12 hours before the start of the tour. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour.
4. General Conditions
4.1. The Customer acknowledges that they are aware of the tour programs and refund policy when registering.
4.2. The Company reserves the right to modify tour programs due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy
5.1. The Company processes the Customer's personal data solely for the purpose of completing reservation transactions and fulfilling legal obligations.
5.2. The Customer’s personal data may only be shared with third parties in cases required by law or necessary for service provision.
5.3. The Customer acknowledges and agrees to the Company's privacy policy and consents to the processing of their personal data.
6. Disclaimer and Insurance
6.1. The Company is not liable for any accidents or customer-related damages that may occur during the tour.
6.2. The Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance for potential health or safety issues that may arise during the tour.
6.3. The Company is not responsible for delays or cancellations of services due to force majeure or unforeseen events.
7. Dispute Resolution and Competent Courts
7.1. In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Turkish Law shall apply, and Nevşehir Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
7.2. The parties agree to first seek an amicable settlement for dispute resolution.
